Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes with precision and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets and income reports
- Coordinate with international teams during overnight reconciliation cycles
- Execute accounts payable/receivable cycles and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Implement financial controls to mitigate risk
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven night shift or remote accounting background
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
