Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions and bank reconciliations
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable during night operations
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with day-team for financial continuity
- Maintain GAAP compliance standards
- Utilize SAP and QuickBooks for night-shift operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- CPA or advanced certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid NC CPA license required
