Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation for multi-currency accounts and credit card transactions
- Process and verify journal entries with precision for daily financial close
- Prepare month-end reports including balance sheets, income statements, and variance analyses
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams to resolve discrepancies during off-peak hours
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations for night-shift operations
- Support audit requests with organized documentation and responsive communication
- Optimize accounting workflows using SAP and QuickBooks Enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting with night-shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and accounting software
- Strong understanding of multi-currency reconciliation and international transactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-peak hours
- Detail-oriented mindset with proven accuracy in high-volume transaction processing
- Experience with SOX compliance and audit preparation protocols
