- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions during night shift hours
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Assist with internal audits and compliance documentation
- Manage payroll processing for overnight teams
- Collaborate with international offices during cross-continental time zones
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 2+ years of night shift or overnight accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
