Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations during off-peak hours
- Process international wire transfers and foreign currency transactions with zero-error tolerance
- Generate and analyze financial reports for executive review before market open
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams to resolve payment discrepancies across time zones
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and GAAP standards during off-peak operations
- Lead quarterly audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
- Support ERP system optimization for after-hours financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years experience in night shift or 24/7 finance environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven ability to reconcile high-volume multi-currency accounts
- Strong understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP)
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance in financial reporting
