Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with night-cycle deadlines
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones during evening hours
- Maintain digital ledger systems and resolve transaction discrepancies
- Support tax preparation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
