Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations for multi-currency accounts
- Prepare and analyze month-end closing reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable for international transactions
- Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Collaborate with APAC/EU teams during their business hours
- Generate variance analysis reports for executive review
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years night shift or 24/7 finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP/Oracle systems
- Expertise in multi-currency reconciliation
- SOX compliance and audit experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
