Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and closing procedures for international transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with overnight deadlines
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing for global partners
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with APAC and EMEA teams on real-time financial adjustments
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks
- Generate ad-hoc reports for executive morning briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years night shift or after-hours accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and multi-currency transactions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
