Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support executive decision-making.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor departmental spending against the budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and efficiency.
- Perform complex data analysis using advanced Excel functions and SQL.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) required.
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
