Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Identify and cross-sell banking products (credit cards, loans, accounts) to meet customer needs
- Resolve account discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions accurately
- Support branch operations by assisting with audits, documentation, and training initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with banking software and digital tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Must pass background check and credit verification
