Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Provide superior customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving account inquiries.
- Operate teller terminals, vaults, and automated teller machines (ATMs) efficiently.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for loans, credit cards, and investment products to enhance client portfolios.
- Maintain accurate daily cash drawers and reconcile balances at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to all bank compliance policies, including KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations and security protocols.
- Collaborate with branch staff to ensure a welcoming and organized branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience as a bank teller or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory (we offer paid training).
- Strong mathematical aptitude and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
