Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and manage vendor relationships
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures with strict deadlines
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems and ensure GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for departmental heads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift or flexible hours preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
