- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare accurate financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with strict deadlines
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance for night-shift staff
- Conduct month-end closing procedures with precision
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain internal controls for financial security
- Support cross-departmental financial reporting needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and tax compliance skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (7 PM - 3 AM)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
