Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries
- Process and analyze high-volume transactional data during overnight hours
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Maintain internal controls and audit documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Experience with multinational financial reporting
