- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing with 24-hour turnaround targets
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for client portfolio
- Oversee payroll processing for overnight shifts
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP regulations
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Implement process improvements for overnight accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or overnight accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
