Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions during night shift hours
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to detail
- Assist with general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Monitor financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting initiatives
- Document accounting processes and maintain audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with month-end closing processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
