Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis between actuals and budgets to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and create rolling forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial modeling and capital project evaluations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
