Key Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and product information.
- Open new accounts and assist existing customers with account maintenance and upgrades.
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services to meet client needs.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations and internal security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or prior banking experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle large sums of money accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
