Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles to ensure accurate resource allocation.
- Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support capital budgeting, M&A activities, and long-term strategic planning.
- Reporting: Prepare high-level executive presentations and variance reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to GAAP and internal control standards.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on specific business units or projects as requested by leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is highly desirable.
