Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account-related issues.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers with account openings and the use of digital banking tools.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line area.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to perform mental math quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
