Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial statements with precision
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during operational handoffs
- Utilize ERP systems for real-time financial reporting
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
