Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable during night shifts
- Conduct variance analysis and support month-end/quarter-end closes
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with APAC/EU teams for seamless cross-border accounting
- Assist with internal audits and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in night shift environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, and MS Excel (VBA preferred)
- Expert knowledge of UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and deadline-driven mindset
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions
