Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions during night shift hours
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP
- Process payroll and ensure timely vendor payments
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border accounting tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks
- Support tax compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/ACA/CIMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, including night shift work
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of UK tax regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certifications (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) highly desirable
