Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations for global transactions
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes during off-peak hours
- Assist with internal audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border accounting matters
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) highly desirable
