We are looking for a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead our engineering efforts and construct the foundational models of tomorrow.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical strategy for Project 2026, including system architecture, model selection, and deployment pipelines.
- Design and implement high-performance machine learning models capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Mentor and grow a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our production environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in machine learning and AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
