Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and assist in month-end close procedures.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Prepare and organize financial documents for audits and tax filings.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in the implementation of new accounting software and system updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant internship experience or coursework.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
