Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and financial modeling techniques to interpret complex datasets.
- Conduct research on market trends and industry benchmarks to provide actionable insights.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes with accurate data reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting (Part-time experience accepted).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
