Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle payroll for a diverse workforce accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll data in our ADP system, including data entry, verification, and reporting.
- Administer employee benefits enrollment, deductions, and changes.
- Prepare and reconcile payroll tax filings and quarterly reports.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure data consistency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a related financial role.
- Experience with payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and payroll-specific software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Associateâs or Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR is preferred.
