As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to interpret complex data and drive decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and management.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new projects and business decisions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal control procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting data to non-financial audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
