Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, account opening, and product information.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for loans, credit cards, and investment products.
- Balance cash drawers daily and ensure all compliance regulations are met.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex matters to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience as a bank teller or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
