Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of borrower profiles, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assess credit risk and recommend credit limits based on established criteria and financial health.
- Prepare and present detailed credit reports to the credit committee.
- Monitor existing accounts for early warning signs of financial distress.
- Collaborate with underwriters and loan officers to resolve complex credit issues.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends and improve credit decisioning processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of verifiable experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, or commercial lending.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
