Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs aligned with federal and state regulations
- Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance gaps
- Monitor regulatory changes and update policies/procedures accordingly
- Train staff on compliance requirements and ethical standards
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective action plans
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with legal, audit, and business units on compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of FINRA, SEC, and Arizona state regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in compliance management software (e.g., Compliance.ai, LogicGate)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional certifications (CRCM, CAMS) preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
