What You Will Do:
Our ideal candidate will play a key role in our finance department, collaborating closely with leadership to drive growth and efficiency. You will be responsible for modeling future scenarios, analyzing variances, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance analysis between actuals and budgets.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and capital project analysis.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for senior management, board meetings, and external auditors.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and integrate them into financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Index/Match, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
