Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining compliance with federal banking regulations
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized financial consultations and cross-selling opportunities
- Lead branch operations during peak hours, resolving escalated customer issues with discretion
- Mentor junior tellers on service standards, security protocols, and sales techniques
- Conduct daily audits and maintain meticulous cash drawer reconciliation records
- Drive digital adoption by guiding clients through mobile banking features
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail banking experience with proven sales achievement
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred (training provided)
- Expert knowledge of Reg CC, BSA/AML, and EEOC compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with documented client satisfaction metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
