Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Perform variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to identify trends and operational inefficiencies.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and detailed financial summaries for stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to support business development initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital and improve profitability margins.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
