Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into QuickBooks and Xero.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Process and track accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist the senior accounting team with basic auditing tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree in Accounting is a plus).
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
