Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports
- Support payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding financial matters
- Continuously develop bookkeeping skills through training resources
Qualifications
- No prior bookkeeping experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (accounting coursework preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
