Responsibilities
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial statements.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment execution.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare general ledger entries.
- Support the internal audit process by compiling required documentation and schedules.
- Reconcile various balance sheet accounts and identify variances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing a CPA).
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role, internship, or relevant coursework.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
