Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger activities and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Assist with external audits and internal controls implementation.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Collaborate with management to prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
