Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead financial analysis initiatives to optimize cash flow and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial controls
- Prepare detailed financial statements and supporting documentation for executive leadership
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience managing month-end closing processes and financial statements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication abilities to present complex financial data clearly
- Experience with multi-company accounting structures and consolidations
