Responsibilities
- Assist the accounting team with accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a monthly basis.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with the month-end close process.
- Support the preparation of tax documents and compliance filings.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software and industry best practices.
