Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Perform daily data entry and reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Support the senior accounting team with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Process accounts payable invoices and maintain vendor records.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for financial documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or internship experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
