Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process.
- Process invoices and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Assist with tax preparation filings and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a recent graduate looking for an entry-level role.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
