Responsibilities
- Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and general ledgers.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and verification.
- Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and compliant with internal policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
