Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance (federal/state/local)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly/year-end reports
- Respond to payroll inquiries with accuracy and discretion
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee data
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience (ADP preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software
- Familiarity with FLSA, IRS, and Georgia payroll regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Payroll certification (CPP/FPC) preferred
