Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries within 24 hours
- Generate payroll reports for CFO and HR leadership
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Expertise in federal/state tax regulations (FICA, FUTA, SUI)
- Proficient with Excel and payroll software
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to manage high-volume deadlines with 99.9% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
