Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Financial Advisor to help our clients navigate their financial futures. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing comprehensive financial plans, and driving revenue growth through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their unique financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax strategies.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and economic data to recommend appropriate investment products and services tailored to client needs.
- Portfolio Management: Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide ongoing advisory support to ensure client satisfaction and portfolio performance.
- Compliance: Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEC regulations, FINRA rules, and internal compliance standards.
- Business Development: Proactively generate new leads and expand your client base through networking and referral programs.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and product updates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Licenses: Series 6, 7, 63, or 65 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information and market data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Self-Motivation: Proven ability to meet sales targets, drive business growth, and work independently.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail).
