Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial reports, including variance analysis, budgets, and forecasts, to support strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance and assess business scenarios.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct research and present findings on market trends, competitive analysis, and internal cost-reduction opportunities.
- Support external and internal audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
