Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 150+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records, calculate deductions, and ensure tax compliance
- Manage garnishments, bonuses, and expense reimbursements
- Generate payroll reports for internal stakeholders and auditors
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Stay updated on Washington state labor laws and FLSA regulations
- Assist with year-end tax filings (W-2s, 1099s)
- Document and improve payroll workflows for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP or similar payroll software
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll processing
