Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all payment records
- Collaborate with procurement and departments to resolve payment issues
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Optimize payment workflows using ERP systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of California sales tax regulations
